Right before it hit 1:09, my head cranked itself back for the big forward head-bang that was to happen in unison with the bust-out I thought was going to take place. Where did it go? :( 1:08(and a half?) sounded like it should have been a climax area in the song. Everything was great except for a big background attack synth and bass making its way in to the party along with that wonky lead synth riff, or some other instrument that would fill out the lower frequencies.

It's pretty good. One thing to note when you're making music is to not let a certain instrument hog the stage too much, as so to speak. Diversity in instruments really keep things fresh. There should also be ups and downs in the song, which is needed so the same thing doesn't drag on for too long - gives it the feeling that it's traveling somewhere. Making music is a lot like telling a story. What instruments make you feel a certain way? When you put certain together, do you feel something different? Does the feeling make sense with the sound before it? Keeping these things in mind while creating your music not only allows for more complexity and diversity in the sound you create, but it induces emotion in people, and that invisible connection in music is what really speaks to someone's soul. You know, they'll teach you chords and scales in schools, but they'll never teach you how to properly wield sound. Music is all about what you feel.

Thank you :) I'll definitely keep your advice in mind for the next song I make.

Full of emotion. Altered my mental state into one of a twisted scientist who has suffered hardship and snapped. Brilliant work!

piggemz responds:

THANX MENG, that response makes me feel good :]

Nice.

Came to re-listen to Winter at the Castle, saw that you had another song out and went "YES!!!". Another job well done, good sir. I tip my hat to you.

Bosa responds:

Thank you, kind sir!

Was great.

Loving how you can make dissonant sounds mix so well in this song. Very chaotic, but with order. Great job.

Hey there.

Cool beats, and I'm doin' great bro. :D Keep on rollin'!

Castle Wars.

Sounds like this could have been an alternate theme for Castle Wars on Runescape. This song definitely sounds like a lot of the music on that game.

JakesFable responds:

Now that you gave me the idea, It kinda does seem like it could be :P Thank you for the review! :)

Fantastic.

Really great stuff man. I downloaded this song about a month ago, and I listen to it everyday. Your composition is full of variety, and the emotions that I feel from this song really impresses me. Great voice, great choice of effects and instruments... I honestly can't find anything to nitpick at. If my local radio played stuff like this, I might actually tune in. :P

Very well done!

Kingbastard responds:

Thank you very much, appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment:)

Relaxing, yet upbeat.

Makes me picture someone escaping from something through the jungle. Would make great RPG music for a suspenseful scene.

Satyre responds:

Thanks, for the review :D, thats exact the intention i had by making the song.

Mmm.

Ice cream, manga, and anime? That does sound good.

The mask I wear is merely a symbol of my ambition.
